Please give us 12 hours prior notice to make any changes in your order, however, we will be happy to do so if your order is not already processed. But once order is placed in the transportation, then there is no option to change the address.

The transport service provider will contact you when your delivery is out.If you do not receive the call or if you are not available at the location, then you need to contact back the transport service provider. You can visit their office and can arrange the delivery.

Sometimes the delivery can take more than expected time due to holidays or some other reasons. You can contact your transport service provider regarding the same or contact us at any time so we will check it for you.

Unsuccessful deliveries emerging from the beneficiary not being available at the season of deliveries at the address gave by the sender or the beneficiary declining to acknowledge the conveyance.

Please note that all the rates are FOB (Free On Board). This does not include Transportation cost. You will have to pay the transportation cost at your end. You simply need to provide us the details of your transporter. We will place your parcels in that transport if it is available in our area. Else we will choose best transport to deliver your Order.

Sorry. As we use transport service, the delivery time totally depends on the transport service provider. We cannot decide the time of delivery.

Courier service costs lot more as compared to transport service and we have to consider about your margin on each product. So lower the cost of the transport, you can manage good margin on your selling.

How to place an order?

You simply have to logon on our website www.wholesaleshopy.com. Then you simply have to add to products in your cart (On every product you will see a cart icon. Simply click on it and product will get added in your cart).
Once you are done with adding all the products in your cart, simply click on Shopping cart and then on Cart.
Here you can change quantity of products, remove products or add new one.
Once you finalize your shopping, simply click on proceed to checkout. Fill up your details and Submit your order.
You will get a confirmation message on your screen and also you will get an email informing about your order confirmation.

What is the mode of delivery?

All the rates on our website are FOB (Free On Board). You have to manage the transportation cost at your end. So you are flexible to choose the mode of delivery.Just let us know which mode you prefer.So we will place the order using your selected courier or transport. Inorder to reduce the cost of the transportation and due to the big packages, we always recommend transport service. Courier service costs lot more . Transport service is much cheaper.
